We believe that weddings should be an enjoyable and stress free experience for everyone involved. We are here to take care of any Mini VIPs attending your big day ensuring parents are able to relax knowing their children are in safe hands and also having a great day.

All of our our wedding services are available from the minimum booking time of two hours. We offer discounted prices when booking more than one service and have ready made pacakages available to book.

This service is based on the clients being able to provide a suitable space at their chosen wedding venue for us to operate the crèche. We can operate the service in a separate room or within the same space as the rest of the reception will be taking place.
We provide a fully stocked crèche containing good quality toys, games and resources which are age appropriate to the children who will be attending the crèche. We can also provide facilities for feeding, changing and sleeping if required. This service includes our wonderful qualified and DBS checked staff to care for the children attending.
Our staff will supervise the children, engage in free play with them, run activities, run a storytelling session, ensure the children’s needs are fully met and much more. Our staff are also able to supervise meal times and feed younger children if required. The number of staff provided will depend on how many children are attending and their age. We can also provide outdoor games and activities if an easily accessible outside space is available from the designated crèche area.
This service is based on us providing the crèche space in the form of our stunning 6 metre traditional bell tent. This option is perfect for clients who do not have the additional space at their venue to or if you are having an outdoor wedding.
As with our full crèche service we provide a fully stocked crèche containing good quality toys, games and resources which are age appropriate to the children who will be attending. We can also set up outdoor activities and games in the surrounds of our bell tent. Our pop up crèche service also comes with our wonderful fully qualified and DBS checked staff to care for the children who are attending.

The wedding ceremony is a a very special time for any couple tying the knot, however some children can find sitting through this difficult. Therefore we offer our ceremony care service, we will work with you to discuss how you would like this service to be delivered however we have a few suggested options.
We can arrange for a fully staffed crèche away from the ceremony where children can be dropped off beforehand. We can also set up a supervised area with quiet activities in close proximity of the ceremony so that the children still feel involved. Or we can provide an unsupervised play area within the ceremony venue that children can access independently if they need a little break from the ceremony. We can also offer our babysitting services during the ceremony for a small number of children.
Please note as our minimum booking time is 2 hours any ceremony care is usually utilised alongside our other services.
If you are looking for night time care for numerous children then our night time crèche could be the answer. We can set up a cosy and comfortable chill out or sleeping space for babies and children of all ages.
This can be set up in a designated space at the venue, a hotel room or in our cosy bell tent. Older children will be provided with individual beds and bedding and we can provide travel cots and bedding for sleeping babies. Parents are also welcome to provide comforts from home such as blankets, comforters, soft toys or sleeping bags.
All sleeping babies and children will be put to sleep and continuously monitored according to safe sleeping practices. At least one member of staff will remain with the children at all times so you can rest assured your children are sleeping safe and soundly.
If you are looking for somewhere for the children to have downtime but not necessarily sleep we can provide a space for quiet activities such as reading stories, watching movies or a relaxing chill out space.
If you only have a small number of children needing night time care our babysitting services may be better suited to your needs.
This option is perfect for those looking to provide a space for children to access but still be involved in the goings on of the day. We will provide a fully stocked play space with good quality toys, games and resources which are age appropriate to the children attending. The children are able to access the area independently throughout the duration of hire under their parent/carers supervision.
Our wedding crèches are usually based on a natural and neutral theme as not to distract from the wedding decor however if your mini VIPs have a particular interest such as dinosaurs we are able to set up a themed area to match this. Our unsupervised play space can also be set up in our bell tent if space at the venue is limited or if you are opting for an outdoor wedding.
Our team will set up an amazing play space then simply pack it away again so you don’t have to worry about the tidying up. Parents must be present for the duration of the unsupervised play space hire and therefore are legally responsible for the children using the space.
This option is perfect If you have numerous older children (above 9) or teenagers attending you big day. We can provide an unsupervised chill out space to entertain the older ones; this can be in a designated space at the venue or in our bell tent. We will provide a cosy area with cushions and beanbags, where they can have fun playing on their own devices, play board games, watch a movie or we can even provide a games console and TV if necessary.
Our babysitting services are perfect for those who are simply looking for a qualified and experienced child carer to look after individual children or a small group of siblings at some point throughout the day.
Our babysitting services can be tailored to your needs and be utilised at any point in the day be that on the morning of the wedding, during the ceremony, throughout the day, at night or even overnight. Our babysitters are qualified to at least level 3 in childcare, are qualified paediatric first aiders, are DBS checked and have plenty of childcare experience.
Our babysitters are able to take care of your child/ren in the background, alongside you, in a hotel room or in your own home. Our babysitters will bring along a small selection of toys an activities to keep your child entertained.
After you have made a booking for a sitter we will send you their profile so that you are able to familiarise yourself with their name and find out more about them before hand. Where possible we will also arrange for the babysitter to contact or meet with you before hand to ensure you feel comfortable leaving your child in their care.
The time before a wedding may be a very busy and hectic time for all involved, some children may find this a little overwhelming or become bored easily, however thats where our before care service can help.
We can come to your location and ensure that the time before the wedding is just as exciting for your mini VIPs. Depending on the number of children requiring care a qualified member of staff can set up a few small activities, a mini pop up crèche, babysit the children as required or even help the children get dressed. We are even willing to come along to the hairdressers with the wedding party if required.
We will ensure that your mini VIPs needs are met making sure they are clean, fed and happy and ready to enjoy the big day ahead.
The morning after can be a special time for any newlyweds and it is likely that the happy couple and their guests may have fuzzy heads after all the celebrations.
Our morning after service means the newlyweds and their guests can have a relaxing morning to recuperate and nurse those hangovers without having to entertain those mini VIPs.
Depending on the number of children to be cared for we can either set up a mini crèche, keep children entertained with organised activities, set up outdoor games, provide a supervised play tent or even supervise breakfast time.
If there is only a small number of children to be cared for our babysitting service can also be utilised the next day.
We will provide all the equipment and resources for children to participate in making something special as a gift to the happy or couple or as momento of the big day. This is usually operated as an unsupervised service however if you would prefer we can send a team member to run the activities with the children.
We are also able to provide age appropriate table top activities such as games, colouring, play dough, puzzles, construction and much more.
This service can also be added to any of our other services.
Our activity packs are designed to keep children occupied throughout the day. Our packs are bespoke made and styled to match your wedding theme.
The packs may come in handy for entertaining children during the wedding meal, speeches or even the quiet time between the day time and evening reception.
Our packs are tailor made to suit each child’s age and interests however they would usually include items like: art and craft activities, a colouring book, toys, scavenger hunts, bubbles, puzzles, and a keepsake.
Our Activity packs can be added to any of our other services.
